自去年下半年云垦茶业集团系统性改革以来,立足云南优质茶叶资源产区,聚焦“做精5%古树茶、做强95%台地茶”,以市场为导向,积极拓展新业态,开辟新茶饮、商超等多元化新赛道,带动茶农增收,推动茶产业高质量发展。
一杯茶的“创新密码”
云垦茶业集团坚持以市场为导向,将古树茶作为“特色盘”,台地茶作为“基本盘”,瞄准现制茶和新饮茶赛道,按照工业化思路做强做大茶产业。
一方面,发挥“八角亭”中华老字号品牌影响力,打造结构合理、定位清晰,具有品牌鲜明特色的高中低端产品矩阵。另一方面,通过名品名牌塑造,将品牌化观念、思维、模式植入台地茶的原料品质提升全过程中,用品牌带动台地茶产业升级。目前,产品陆续进入胖东来、永辉、鲁商、中石油等新型渠道,销量成倍增长。
积极探索多元市场化薪酬激励,创新打造“金银铜牌”激励机制,有效激发员工潜力和工作热情,增强企业活力。
从茶园到茶杯的“智慧蜕变”
走进普洱市云普国茶自动化工厂,2000吨有机茶精深加工生产线正高效运转。通过“看板管理+智能监控”系统,每批茶叶的杀青温度、揉捻时长等参数实时显示,实现生产全流程透明化。建立的《普洱茶生茶原料茶企业标准》,构建从茶园到零售终端的标准化体系,实现原料提供合格率均达100%,成为新茶饮头部企业的核心供应商。
在云普国茶营盘山初制所改造现场,工人们正在安装智能化设备,通过“标准导入、人员进入、管理引入、信息系统接入”的四维升级,实现从传统作坊向现代化初制加工中心的转变。目前,标准化初制所已建成7个,预计2025年干毛茶供应能力达5000吨。特别值得一提的是,其中1个初制所已被知名新茶饮企业列为其在云南的研发中心,标准化、数智化、绿色化发展态势逐步显现。
让绿叶变成致富“金叶”
近一年来,云垦茶业集团与墨江县、双江县政府联合打造“政府+企业+初制所+农户+市场”的“五位一体”新型合作模式,强化资源流量汇聚,补齐产业链关键环节,形成对新茶饮等大众等市场强大供应保障,有效促进百姓增收致富。
目前,“五位一体”新型合作赋能模式已惠及8840户茶农,实现企业增效、茶农增收,地方创收的“三赢”局面,为云南茶产业发展和乡村振兴贡献力量。

Yunken Tea Industry Group adheres to a market-oriented approach, taking ancient tree tea as a "characteristic plate" and plateau tea as a "basic plate", aiming at the field of freshly made tea and new tea drinking, and strengthening and expanding the tea industry according to industrialization ideas.
On the one hand, leveraging the influence of the "Octagonal Pavilion" Chinese time-honored brand, creating a well structured, clearly positioned, and distinctive high, medium, and low-end product matrix. On the other hand, through the shaping of famous brands, the branding concept, thinking, and mode are integrated into the entire process of improving the quality of raw materials for Taiwanese tea, and the brand is used to drive the upgrading of the Taiwanese tea industry. At present, the products have gradually entered new channels such as Pangdonglai, Yonghui, Lushang, and PetroChina, and sales have doubled.
Actively exploring diversified market-oriented salary incentives, innovating and creating a "gold, silver, and bronze medal" incentive mechanism, effectively stimulating employees' potential and work enthusiasm, and enhancing the vitality of the enterprise.
The 'smart transformation' from tea garden to tea cup
Entering the Yunpu National Tea Automatic Chemical Plant in Pu'er City, the 2000 ton organic tea deep processing production line is operating efficiently. Through the "kanban management+intelligent monitoring" system, real-time display of parameters such as withering temperature and rolling time for each batch of tea is achieved, achieving transparency in the entire production process. The established 'Pu erh Tea Raw Material Tea Enterprise Standard' establishes a standardized system from tea gardens to retail terminals, achieving a 100% qualification rate for raw material supply and becoming a core supplier for leading new tea beverage enterprises.
At the transformation site of Yunpu National Tea Camp Panshan Primary Processing Plant, workers are installing intelligent equipment to achieve the transformation from traditional workshops to modern primary processing centers through a four-dimensional upgrade of "standard import, personnel entry, management introduction, and information system access". At present, seven standardized primary processing plants have been built, and it is expected that the supply capacity of dry tea will reach 5000 tons by 2025. It is worth mentioning that one of the initial production plants has been listed as its research and development center in Yunnan by a well-known new tea beverage enterprise, and the trend of standardization, digitization, and green development is gradually emerging.
Turning Green Leaves into Wealthy 'Golden Leaves'
In the past year, Yunken Tea Industry Group has collaborated with the governments of Mojiang County and Shuangjiang County to create a new "five in one" cooperation model of "government+enterprise+initial production plant+farmers+market", strengthening the convergence of resource flow, filling key links in the industrial chain, and forming a strong supply guarantee for the mass market such as new tea drinks, effectively promoting people's income growth and prosperity.
At present, the "Five in One" new cooperative empowerment model has benefited 8840 tea farmers, achieving a "three win" situation of increasing enterprise efficiency, tea farmers' income, and local revenue, contributing to the development of Yunnan's tea industry and rural revitalization.
