走进景洪市大渡岗乡万亩茶园，只见碧绿的茶园一望无际，整齐的茶树枝繁叶茂，顺着山势绵延不绝。

云南西双版纳大渡岗茶叶实业总公司副董事长许景坤介绍：“普洱茶是西双版纳重要的文化标签，而大渡岗是茶马古道上重要的一环，我们希望通过对茶园的生态化改造，吸引更多游客来大渡岗寻茶访茶，发展茶旅项目，从而推动整个普洱茶向一二三产业融合发展。”

大渡岗乡茶旅融合发展新气象是我州打造普洱茶现代产业的一个缩影。

我州是享誉中外的世界茶树原产地之一、普洱茶发祥地和茶马古道的源头，种茶、制茶、饮茶、贸茶历史悠久。这里的茶树品种丰富、民族茶文化历史悠久，有世界上茶树基因保存最多的基因库、世界上最早的普洱茶发酵技术、中国普洱茶第一县——勐海县、贡茶第一镇——勐腊县易武镇、现代茶园第一乡——景洪市大渡岗乡。

近年来，我州茶产业获得长足发展。2022年末，全州有茶园面积143.14万亩，占全省总面积的19.25%。全州现有茶产业龙头企业30家，规模以上茶企29家，获SC认证企业464家，达标茶叶初制所359家。有院士工作站1个、高新技术企业3家、省级企业技术中心2家、州级企业技术中心6家。已成功创建中国驰名商标3个、云南省著名商标12个，中国名牌农产品1个、云南省名牌农产品18个，地理标志证明商标18件，区域品牌1个。

2022年末，全州茶类有机产品认证261个，绿色食品认证128个，认证绿色茶园5.08万亩，有机茶园40.45万亩，入选省、州、县级“绿色食品牌”茶产业基地33个，其中省级5个、州级15个、县级13个；创建生态茶园面积86万亩，占全州茶园面积的60%。

为推动茶产业高质量发展，我州将重点实施“八大工程”，打造优质安全的普洱茶原料和加工基地以及具有影响力的普洱茶加工交易中心、茶文旅融合发展示范区，到2025年实现茶叶产量7万吨、普洱茶全产业链综合产值500亿元的目标。这“八大工程”分别为：古茶树资源保护利用工程、绿色和有机茶园建设工程、加工提质增效工程、品牌培育工程、产品质量监管工程、科技创新驱动工程、市场拓展工程和文旅融合提升工程。我州还明确了到2025年，全州绿色茶园面积达110万亩、有机茶园面积达30万亩，统一打造西双版纳普洱茶品牌，规模以上茶企全部建立二维码标识，产品质量全过程标准化以及监管、测定、追溯体系建设等目标和举措。同时，积极推动普洱茶制作技艺（茶俗）文化保护传承，“六大古茶山”（攸乐、革登、倚邦、莽枝、蛮砖、曼撒）申报世界文化遗产名录等工作。

Xu Jingkun, Vice Chairman of Yunnan Xishuangbanna Dadugang Tea Industry Corporation, introduced: "Pu'er tea is an important cultural label in Xishuangbanna, and Dadugang is an important part of the Tea Horse Ancient Road. We hope to attract more tourists to Dadugang to search for tea and visit tea through ecological transformation of tea gardens, develop tea tourism projects, and promote the integrated development of the entire Pu'er tea industry into the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries

The new trend of integrated development of tea and tourism in Dadugang Township is a microcosm of our state's efforts to build a modern Pu'er tea industry.

Our province is one of the world-renowned tea tree origins, the birthplace of Pu'er tea, and the source of the ancient Tea Horse Road. It has a long history of tea cultivation, tea making, tea drinking, and tea trade. The tea tree varieties here are rich, and the ethnic tea culture has a long history. There is the gene bank with the most preserved tea tree genes in the world, the earliest Pu'er tea fermentation technology in the world, the first Pu'er tea county in China - Menghai County, the first Gongcha town - Yiwu Town in Mengla County, and the first modern tea garden township - Dadugang Township in Jinghong City.

In recent years, the tea industry in our province has made significant progress. At the end of 2022, there were 1.4314 million acres of tea gardens in the whole province, accounting for 19.25% of the total area of the province. There are currently 30 leading enterprises in the tea industry in the whole state, 29 large-scale tea enterprises, 464 SC certified enterprises, and 359 standard tea initial processing plants. There is one academician workstation, three high-tech enterprises, two provincial-level enterprise technology centers, and six state-level enterprise technology centers. We have successfully created 3 well-known trademarks in China, 12 famous trademarks in Yunnan Province, 1 famous agricultural product in China, 18 famous agricultural products in Yunnan Province, 18 geographical indication certification trademarks, and 1 regional brand.

By the end of 2022, there will be 261 organic tea product certifications, 128 green food certifications, 50800 acres of certified green tea gardens, 404500 acres of organic tea gardens, and 33 "green food brand" tea industry bases selected at the provincial, state, and county levels, including 5 at the provincial level, 15 at the state level, and 13 at the county level; The area of ecological tea gardens created is 860000 acres, accounting for 60% of the total tea garden area in the state.

To promote the high-quality development of the tea industry, our province will focus on implementing the "Eight Major Projects", creating high-quality and safe raw materials and processing bases for Pu'er tea, as well as influential Pu'er tea processing and trading centers, and demonstration zones for integrated development of tea culture and tourism. By 2025, we aim to achieve a tea production of 70000 tons and a comprehensive output value of 50 billion yuan for the entire Pu'er tea industry chain. These "Eight Major Projects" are: Ancient Tea Tree Resource Protection and Utilization Project, Green and Organic Tea Garden Construction Project, Processing Quality Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement Project, Brand Cultivation Project, Product Quality Supervision Project, Technology Innovation Driven Project, Market Expansion Project, and Cultural Tourism Integration and Enhancement Project. Our state has also set goals and measures to achieve a green tea plantation area of 1.1 million mu and an organic tea plantation area of 300000 mu by 2025. We will unify the creation of the Xishuangbanna Pu'er tea brand, establish QR code identification for all tea enterprises above designated size, standardize the entire process of product quality, and build a supervision, testing, and traceability system. At the same time, actively promote the protection and inheritance of Pu'er tea production techniques (tea customs) culture, and apply for the World Cultural Heritage List of the "Six Ancient Tea Mountains" (Youle, Gedeng, Yibang, Mangzhi, Manza).
