在万亩茶园里体验采茶制茶，学习茶知识、茶文化、茶礼仪无疑是游玩的必选项。冬日温暖的阳光下，茶树嫩绿吐舌的新芽儿，仿佛在向我们招手。采茶时要采“两叶一尖”或者“三叶一尖”。用拇指和食指轻轻地挟住叶间幼梗的中部，往上一提便能采到新鲜的茶叶。将刚采摘下来的茶叶倒入炒锅，双手不停地将茶叶来回揉捻、翻炒，就能闻到阵阵清香。炒制完成的茶叶要趁热揉捻，使叶片内的叶汁流出，茶叶卷成条索，进一步形成茶叶的形态，制茶最重要的步骤就基本完成。

记者寇苏睿说：“在色彩鲜艳的彩虹路上放眼望去，可以看到一片又一片的茶山，闻着茶香，看云卷云舒，在彩虹路上听风声鸟鸣，非常惬意。”

在大渡岗万亩茶园，云海环绕山间，一条条蜿蜒的“彩虹”步道将茶园环抱，漫步在这空气清新、云雾缭绕的茶园里，让人仿佛置身于“油画”之中。沿着“彩虹”步道，还有极具烟火气的山乡集市，集市上应季水果、农特产品以及民族特色的饮料和烧烤等一应俱全。

2019年，大渡岗乡面积为65246亩的连片茶园，被世界纪录认证机构认定为“世界最大连片茶园”。现在，贯穿于万亩茶园中的72公里跑道、自行车赛道和观光旅游道路建设已全部完成。在这里，不仅可以体验独具特色的茶农生活、茶主题餐饮、房车露营等活动，还可以在“彩虹”步道上拍照打卡，或者购买地道的农家特产。

游客玉女士说：“我们从景洪来到大渡岗的网红路，风景很好，菜新鲜的也多，都挺好的。”
