春回大地，在福贡县匹河怒族乡至马吉乡的沿江山坡和茂密森林边，一条条“草果长廊”染绿千山万壑，托起山区群众增收致富梦。

最近，福贡县草果种植大户开邓博忙着打理自家的草果地。带上干粮，钻进草果地除草清沟，修缮遮阳网，补种水冬瓜树……600多亩草果树被管理得井井有条。山坡一年年增绿，开邓博的生活也越来越红火。

近年来，福贡县在中组部“组团式”帮扶科技特派团、上海市浦东新区的帮扶支持下，创新开展“政府+科技+村集体经济+农户”草果提质增效社会化服务；培育草果加工龙头企业，开展种植、管护技术培训，推行“草果贷”，建立草果产业现代生产体系；引导农户以互助、互帮、互带的形式，规模化种植草果；建设沪滇协作产业园区，打造草果数字化交易、草果收储、产品研发加工基地，延伸产业链、提升价值链。2024年底，福贡县草果种植面积达56万亩，覆盖7个乡镇2万余户近8万人，户均年增收2.5万元。

绵绵春雨中，在上帕镇知子洛村海拔2500米的碧罗雪山上，中药材种植带头人丰金才与十几个村民忙着挥锄挖坑，栽种秦艽。

2022年，在保山市打拼的上帕镇村民丰金才听说县里扶持发展中药材种植，便带着积蓄返乡，成立了福众中药材种植有限公司，和乡亲们在高海拔坡地种秦艽、云木香、前胡、黑三七等中药材，探索增收致富新路。“刚开始只是试种了40亩，没想到市场反响还不错，于是我们逐年扩大种植面积。现在，公司的中草药种植面积已经有600亩。”丰金才说，高海拔地区生态环境好，产出的中药材品相好、品质高、价格高。

福贡县地处怒江大峡谷腹地，江河纵横、山高谷深，耕地平地少，坡地林地多，人地矛盾突出。近年来，福贡县立足山地资源，抓实科技赋能、人才赋能、金融赋能、品牌赋能、市场赋能，完善联农带农机制，根据海拔、水土条件、气候环境，因地制宜发展草果、中药材、茶叶等产业，变山地劣势为资源优势，让“沉睡”的山地、林地焕发勃勃生机，蹚出了一条特色鲜明的绿色发展之路。

春茶采摘季，上帕镇达普洛村高山梯田郁郁葱葱，千亩连片茶园里，嫩绿的新芽挤满枝头。村民的指尖在茶树枝条间跳跃，丰收的喜悦挂在满是汗水的脸上。“过去，乡亲们只会种水稻、玉米，经济来源单一，很多年轻人选择外出务工。现在家家户户种茶叶，越来越多的年轻人留在了家乡。”达普洛村工作人员李云龙介绍，福贡县昼夜温差大，适合茶树生长，科技特派团农业专家深入田间地头“把脉开方”，推广绿色种植技术和标准化生产流程，连片发展高山云雾茶。2024年，福贡茶叶种植面积达4.7万亩，成为又一个富民支柱产业。

在广袤的林地沟壑、坡地山梁，草果叠翠、茶叶碧绿、药材飘香，描绘着福贡县山青、业兴、民富的乡村振兴新图景。

In recent years, Fugong County has innovatively carried out "government+technology+village collective economy+farmers" grass fruit quality improvement and efficiency enhancement socialized services with the support of the "group style" assistance technology special mission of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the assistance of Pudong New Area in Shanghai; Cultivate leading enterprises in grass fruit processing, conduct training on planting and management techniques, promote "grass fruit loans", and establish a modern production system for the grass fruit industry; Guide farmers to plant grass and fruit on a large scale through mutual assistance, mutual aid, and mutual support; Build a Shanghai Yunnan collaborative industrial park, create a digital trading, storage, and product research and development processing base for grass fruit, extend the industrial chain, and enhance the value chain. In the continuous spring rain, on the Biluo Snow Mountain at an altitude of 2500 meters in Zhiziluo Village, Shangpa Town, the leader of traditional Chinese medicine planting, Feng Jincai, and more than ten villagers are busy digging pits with hoes to plant Gentiana macrophylla.

In 2022, Fengjin, a resident of Shangpa Town who was striving in Baoshan City, heard that the county was supporting the development of traditional Chinese medicine planting. He returned home with his savings and established Fuzhong Traditional Chinese Medicine Planting Co., Ltd. Together with his fellow villagers, they planted Chinese medicinal herbs such as Gentiana macrophylla, Yunmuxiang, Qianhu, and Heisanqi on high-altitude slopes, exploring new ways to increase income and become prosperous. At the beginning, we only tried planting 40 acres, but we didn't expect the market response to be good. So we have been expanding the planting area year by year. Now, the company's Chinese herbal medicine planting area has reached 600 acres, "said Feng Jincai. The ecological environment in high-altitude areas is good, and the Chinese herbal medicine produced has good appearance, high quality, and high price.

Fugong County is located in the hinterland of the Nujiang Grand Canyon, with rivers crisscrossing and mountains high and valleys deep. There is little arable land and flat land, but more sloping forests, and the contradiction between people and land is prominent. In recent years, Fugong County has focused on mountain resources, seized technological empowerment, talent empowerment, financial empowerment, brand empowerment, and market empowerment, improved the mechanism of agricultural linkage, and developed industries such as grass fruit, traditional Chinese medicine, and tea according to altitude, soil and water conditions, and climate environment. It has turned the disadvantage of mountains into resource advantages, revitalized the "dormant" mountains and forests, and paved a distinctive path of green development.

During the spring tea picking season, the high mountain terraces in Dapulo Village, Shangpa Town are lush and green. In the thousands of acres of contiguous tea gardens, tender green sprouts fill the branches. The fingertips of the villagers jumped between the branches of the tea tree, and the joy of harvest hung on their sweaty faces. In the past, villagers only knew how to grow rice and corn, with a single source of income, and many young people chose to work outside. Now, every household grows tea, and more and more young people stay in their hometowns, "said Li Yunlong, a staff member of Dapulo Village. Fugong County has a large temperature difference between day and night, which is suitable for the growth of tea trees.
